Sin embargo, aunque no presentes s\u00edntomas, puedes contagiar. Por eso es importante hacerse <a href=\"https:\/\/endinghiv.org.au\/es\/test-often\/all-about-testing\/\">peri\u00f3dicamente un test de ITS<\/a> si tienes una vida sexual activa.<\/p>\n<p>Los s\u00edntomas pueden tardar hasta dos semanas en manifestarse. Los s\u00edntomas m\u00e1s comunes son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inflamaci\u00f3n o dolor en los test\u00edculos o cerca de ellos<\/li>\n<li>Picor y dolor al defecar<\/li>\n<li>Secreci\u00f3n o sangrado por el ano<\/li>\n<li>Una secreci\u00f3n inusual de la uretra (pene u orificio frontal)<\/li>\n<li>Dolor o ardor al hacer pis<\/li>\n<li>Inflamaci\u00f3n o enrojecimiento cerca de la punta del pene<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si contraes gonorrea en los ojos, los s\u00edntomas suelen ser dolor y secreci\u00f3n ocular.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00d3MO DETECTAR LA GONORREA?<\/h2>\n<p>Por lo general, se te pedir\u00e1 que hagas una muestra de orina y un hisopado rectal y de garganta. Si tienes s\u00edntomas de gonorrea, acude a tu centro de salud sexual para hablar con un profesional de la salud.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00d3MO PUEDO RECIBIR TRATAMIENTO?<\/h2>\n<p>Te recetar\u00e1n antibi\u00f3ticos para tratar la gonorrea. Si recibiste un diagn\u00f3stico de gonorrea, es una buena idea contarle a tus parejas sexuales recientes para que tambi\u00e9n se hagan el test y, si se la diagnostican, que hagan el tratamiento. Tambi\u00e9n debes evitar tener sexo durante al menos siete d\u00edas para asegurarte de que la infecci\u00f3n haya desaparecido.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00d3MO PUEDO EVITAR LA TRANSMISI\u00d3N?<\/h2>\n<p>Nos alegra que preguntes.
