Por supuesto que, a veces, hacerse el test de VIH puede ser inc\u00f3modo, inconveniente o incluso aterrador. Hacerse el test por primera vez puede producir mucha ansiedad.<\/p>\n<p>Pero hacerse el test es m\u00e1s sencillo de lo que piensas. Hacerse el test regularmente te da control sobre tu propia salud sexual y te permite cuidar a las personas con quienes tienes relaciones.<\/p>\n<h2>TEST PARA SABER SI TIENES VIH<\/h2>\n<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo fue tu \u00faltimo test? \u00bfHace meses, a\u00f1os, d\u00e9cadas? \u00bfO quiz\u00e1s nunca?<\/p>\n<p>Muchos casos de transmisi\u00f3n de VIH se deben a personas que desconocen que lo tienen. Por eso es tan importante asegurarte con un test.<\/p>\n<p>Saber tu fecha de cumplea\u00f1os o tu direcci\u00f3n es tan importante como saber tu estado actual de VIH.<\/p>\n<h2>HACERSE EL TEST ES M\u00c1S F\u00c1CIL Y R\u00c1PIDO QUE NUNCA<\/h2>\n<p>As\u00ed es. En <a href=\"https:\/\/endinghiv.org.au\/es\/test-often\/where-to-get-tested\/\">muchos lugares de Nueva Gales del Sur<\/a>, el test r\u00e1pido de VIH es sencillo y confidencial, con el resultado en tan solo 30 minutos. Usualmente es gratuito e incluso no requiere tener Medicare, como en <a href=\"https:\/\/endinghiv.org.au\/es\/test-often\/book-a-test\/\">a[TEST]<\/a> u otras cl\u00ednicas de salud sexual.<\/p>\n<p>Estos tests tambi\u00e9n suelen detectar otras ITS, lo que es muy \u00fatil como parte de tu chequeo de rutina, independientemente de los m\u00e9todos de prevenci\u00f3n que utilices (como la PrEP y condones).<\/p>\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda, incluso puedes hacerte una prueba de VIH en casa con un kit de autoexamen. <a href=\"https:\/\/home.hivtest.au\/?lang=es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Puedes encargarlos gratis<\/a> desde cualquier lugar en Australia, y recibirlos en tu puerta.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfTE APUNTAS?<\/h2>\n<p>Las personas que viven con VIH cumplen un papel muy importante en la <a href=\"https:\/\/endinghiv.org.au\/es\/ending-hiv\/\">eliminaci\u00f3n del VIH<\/a>. Esto es lo que puedes hacer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/endinghiv.org.au\/es\/test-often\/book-a-test\/\">Hazte el test cuatro veces al a\u00f1o<\/a> si eres sexualmente activo.
