Want to see the end of HIV in Australia’s gay community? We all do. Getting tested frequently is the first step. If we take responsibility for our sexual health at an individual level, and encourage those around us to do the same, we’ll be in with a chance. It’s up to us to get tested regularly and much more often than we do now.

Don’t be afraid to talk to your doctor, establish a comfortable relationship and be proactive about your HIV and STI testing patterns. Look after your mates, especially the ones who rarely test – and help educate and encourage them to be proactive about their testing patterns. Let’s support one another and talk about the benefits of regular testing, and we’ll be well on our way to ending HIV.
