We’re looking for community members from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds to feature in Ending HIV’s campaign about PrEP.

About Ending HIV

Ending HIV is a social health campaign that has been providing HIV and sexual health information to gay, bi+ and queer guys in our communities for over a decade!

Now more than ever, we need to make sure our communities know what they can do to look after themselves, care for each other and help achieve our goal of virtual elimination of HIV transmissions in NSW.

About the campaign

The next campaign from Ending HIV aims to promote awareness of the new free PrEP scheme which allows people who do not have Medicare to access PrEP for free.

PrEP is an essential tool in stopping the spread of HIV. For people who do not have Medicare such as migrants and international students, one of the main barriers to accessing PrEP has been the cost. Now, with the new scheme, this barrier has been removed making PrEP access more equitable for all.

The campaign will be launched in late August 2026 statewide and include a range of media such as outdoor billboards, social media and online dating apps.

Join us for a shoot

We are looking for community members to appear in a photography shoot. While no experience is required, being confident in front of a camera and the ability to take direction is desirable.  

The campaign will be shot in a Sydney studio on Friday 24th July 2026.

Approximately 1 hour of your time will be required.
