ALS ICE BUCKET CHALLENGE ALLIES

The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge has been the talking point on social media over the last few weeks with celebrities, musicians and sport stars participating and being challenged – even Barrack Obama!

 

As you may know, the challenge involves dumping a bucket of ice water on someone’s head to promote awareness of the disease amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and encourage donations to research.

 

Many HIV and GLBT activists, advocates and icons have also taken part in challenge.
